508th Headlined
article recapped the regimental history and indicated that the group would tour a C-5A Galaxy while in town.  The Galaxy here is mislabeled as "The Aluminum Overcast" which was the name of a famed B-17G-105-VE, (s/n 44-85740).
The "Overcast" is one of only a few surviving B-17 Flying Fortresses in existence today and is still flown being flown under civil registration N5017N

The Real McCoy
"The Aluminum Overcast" appears at many air shows each year and is a real crowd pleaser
