from RAF Molesworth brought us to RAF Alconbury


Gate Facility
resembles those in the U.S.

RAF Alconbury
is a small air station but still has an active runway


Transient Quarters
allowed us some comfy and convenient space

 


Two-Bedroom
apartment had living room, dining room and full kitchen


Huntingdon
rail station was where we to train to Kings Cross in London

Kings Cross Station
is very large


St. Pancras
across the street and huge


New Entrance
belies the architecture.  International trains arrive and depart here


EuroStar
was an expedient alterative to more costly air fare


Popular Trains
we had a girl from Spain, a woman from Denmark and a man from Egypt in our seating area!


Airport Connection
was by a similar train


Airport Station
was where we met our friend Dominique Potier
