SUBJECT Letter of Acceptance of Appointment
TO: Commanding General, First United States Army, APO
230 (Thru Channels)
1. In the event that an appointment as a commissioned
officer in the Army of the United States in the rank of Second
Lieutenant should be tendered to me by competent appointing authority, I
hereby irrevocably accept such appointment effective upon the date
tendered.
2. Acceptance of appointment will preclude
rotation to United States for one (1) year from date of appointment for
other than health reasons.
