Wagner, on behalf of the commanding general IV U.S. Army Corps, present the posthumous award of the Purple Heart to Mrs. Shirley. Coleman. 3902 Arch Street, wile of Sgt. Lavanda W. Coleman Jr. Sergeant Coleman died of wounds received in the Dominican Republic on June 15,
