PVT EMERY A. VANEVERY


SLIGHTLY WOUNDED IN FRANCE

   Word was received by Mr. and Mrs. Clinton VanEvery, 707 Jackson S. W., that their son, Pvt Emery A. VanEvery, was slightly wounded in France on July 4.  Pvt VanEvery is with the parachute troops and has been overseas since December 1943.  After entering the service in December 1942, Pvt VanEvery was stationed at Camp Roberts, Cal., Ft. Benning, Ga. Nashville, Tenn. and North Carolina.
