Note that this is a post-war record, as he enlisted on 13 December 1949,
prior to draft enactment in 1940.
SSgt Britt was transferred from Hq 11th Replacement
Depot to Service Company, 508th PIR on 9 August 1944.
He
returned to the U.S. on 2 November 1945.
