GEORGE A. FREDERICK

Veterans Compensation Record for George A. Frederick issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  George received $500 from the state as a result.

Grave marker for George A. Frederick in the Dreisbach United Church of Christ Cemetery, Lewisburg (Union county), Pennsylvania.

George enlisted in the Army at Milton, PA on 17 February 1941.  As a member of the 507th PIR Pvt Fredrick was transferred to Hq Hq, 508th PIR as a cadre member on 16 October 1942. 

His military decorations include the Bronze Service Arrowhead device for the Holland campaign and Airborne operations.
