C. ROBERT KILGORE


DUNNELLON -- C. Robert Kilgore, 72, a cashier at Scotty's in Dunnellon, died Dec. 6, 1993, at Shands Teaching Hospital, Gainesville.

A native of Harrisburg, Pa., Mr. Kilgore moved here 8 1/2 years ago from Glenolden, Pa. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Dunnellon; veteran of the U.S. Army in World War II in Paratrooper Group 508; member American Legion Post 58, Dunnellon; VFW Post 7991, Dunnellon; 40/8 Post 1219, Crystal River; Methodist Men's Association, Dunnellon; All Airborne, Ocala; Scottish Rite, Ocala; and Washington Lodge 59 F&AM of Pennsylvania.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth E. Kilgore, Dunnellon; sons, Charles Robert Kilgore, Westchester, Pa., and Donald Kilgore, Ridley Park, Pa.; stepson, Michael McAtee, Collingdale, Pa.; daughter, Linda Persing, Coatesville, Pa.; stepdaughters, Catherine Littleton, Fort Myers, Theresa McAtee and Maria McAtee, both of Collingdale; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Fero Funeral Home, Dunnellon, is handling arrangements.
