Grave marker for Theodore H. Lucht in the Evergreen
Memorial Park, Hobart (Lake county), Indiana.
Theodore enlisted in the Army at Toledo, OH on
16 November 1942.
Pfc Lucht was assigned to Company H, 508th and was
twice wounded, first in Normandy on 4 July 1944 and again in Holland on
17 September 1944. Additionally, he was listed as injured in
Action in Belgium on 23 December 1944 .
Pfc Lucht was awarded the Purple Heart with one Oak
Leaf Cluster and the Combat Infantryman Badge. |
