ISIDRO VIALPANDO

VIALPANDO Mr. Isidro Vialpando, age 75, died Saturday in Albuquerque. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Vialpando; two sons, Louie Vialpando Jr. and Leo Vialpando Sr.; and one grandson, Leo Vialpando Jr. Funeral services for Mr. Vialpando will be held on Thursday at the San Ignacio Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leo Vialpando Jr., Isaac Sanchez, David C.E. Baca, Arturo Torres, Anthony Anzures and Dennis Castaneda. Visitation will be held in the mortuary chapel on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Salazar and Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St SW.

Isidro was inducted into the Army at Pueblo, Colorado on 6 July 1942 but his draft in registration was updated in Trinidad, Colorado on 16 April 1943

He was discharged on 3 November 1943, no reason was shown to account for the early release.

On 2 April 1945, Isidro married Beatrice F Lopez [Albuquerque, NM.
