Pennsylvania WWII Veterans Bonus Application for Joseph Zaffiro.

Joseph enlisted in the Army on March 5, 1942 in New Cumberland, PA and subsequently went through OCS and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant.

1st Lt Zaffiro was attached to the 508th from the 224th Airborne Medical Company and received the Combat Medic badge under 508th General Order34 dated 8 August 1945.  This is the only appearance of his name in available 508th records.

Joseph died on 10 February 2007, his final resting place is currently unknown
