The Long and The Short Of It
Andrew "Bugs" Cehrobec (l) and Harry Hudec (r), both of Hq Hq, compare their height difference.
   Photo believed to have been taken in Nottingham.
   NOTES: 
   1.  No other mention of Cehrobec's surname has been found in 508th records to date.  It is possible that the correct spelling is Chrobek.
   2., We don't know how he came to be known as "Bugs", but would welcome input from anyone that does.
SSgt Tom Cross [l] and Sgt Harry Gerheim
date and location unknown.  They were together on D-Day when Cross was KIA


Lt. Frank Mahan
is flanked by two unidentified officers somewhere in England while on leave after the Normandy campaign.
