Warren C. Wilt was a Bazooka man in Normandy.  He was wounded on June 26th in the area of Pretot, France when he was hit by mortar shrapnel in his right thigh.  His recuperation caused him to miss the Market Garden jump.  When he returned he was attached to Co. G. 
   Warren is mentioned in Zig Boroughs' book, The Devils Tale.  Zig related that Warren fired a bazooka at a German 88 at Their du Mont Jan. 7, 1945
