JOHN R. MONTAGUE

   John R. Montague, 51, of 533 Waxwing Lane, died Friday (July 20, 1973) in a Madison hospital after an illness.
   He was employed at Oscar Mayer and Co. He was a World War II veteran. He was a member of the Verona VFW post.
   Mr. Montague was a graduate of the Onarga Military Academy, IL
 . Surviving are four daughters, Mrs.. Ron Meister. Ridgeway; Mrs. Gerd Seidel, 533 Waxwing Lane; and Susan and Janet Montague, both of 2501 Upham St.; three grandchildren; and his mother, Mrs. C. W. Montague, 1514 Jefferson St
  . The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Schroeder Funeral Home, 3325 E. Washington Ave., where friends may call Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Beloit. Military rites will be held at the cemetery.
