0215 - flurry of sm arms fire in front between Co G +
I (patrol?) 0240 - C G reptd Regt patrol of Lt Sheehan
returning thru their front lines. 0345 - Co G rpts sound of
vehicles thought to be doodle bugs and also horse drawn carts ---
vicinity of road front of Co G road block. Also some en mortar
rds fell in company area. 0346 hrs - about 6 rds of en 88s
from left of Co I passed over CP and landed in 505 area. 1100,
Co C.O.s, S-1, Commo to CP area 1st Bn to reconnoiter for change
over tonight. 2 Bn 507, 3 Os arranging to take over this
position.
Duty Os last night: hourly from 1100-0500.
